FAQ

1. How do I make changes to or cancel an order once it is placed online?

Once on order is submitted online, you may cancel or make changes by calling 516 593-8940 during business hours.


2. When will I be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at checkout for the full amount of the rental and any books or accessories that you have included with your order. You will NOT be automatically charged again at the end of the rental term. You will receive an invoice in the mail. You may pay the amount due to continue your rental, or return the instrument to your school for pickup by us.


3. How will I receive my rental instrument?

Your rental instrument will be delivered to the music department of the students school selected at time of rental. If in store pickup is available in your area and you received your rental this way, you must return the rental to the store.
